Natasha Mann

CEO & Co-Founder

Natasha uses her 25 years of experience in aircraft strategy and marketing to accelerate aviation sustainability. She previously worked at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), formerly the world’s largest aircraft lessor, for 15 years as the Head of Portfolio Strategy, Product Strategy, and Product Marketing. Prior to that Natasha held various sales, marketing and engineering positions with Airbus and Fairchild Dornier. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University and a Certificate in “Business and Climate Change: Towards Net Zero Emissions” from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership.

Isabel Galiana

COO & Co-Founder

Isabel is a climate change economist and entrepreneur who led and founded NeuroFlex, a now global medical device company. Galiana has consulted for various governments, the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, the United Nations and the Copenhagen Consensus as well as published numerous papers on the challenges of accelerating low-carbon technological change. She was a key advisor to the government of Quebec on developing its climate policy. Isabel holds an M.Sc in Economics from the University of Montreal.

Thorsten Lange

Advisor SAF Evaluation

Thorsten Lange was the Executive Vice President of Neste’s Renewable Aviation business from 2020 to 2023. Before joining Neste, he worked at the Lufthansa Group for two decades in various roles, most recently as the Head of Fuel Procurement (global). He has also had various positions in the lubricants and oil sector. Thorsten Lange was a member of the IATA Fuel Steering Group. Previously he has also been the Chairman of the IATA Commercial Fuel Group, and a member of the IATA Fuel Working Group. Thorsten holds a Master in Banking and Auditing from the University of Hamburg.

Liam Cheung

Advisor Fund Management

Dr. Liam Cheung is an experienced investor, director and executive with 30 years of experience in financial services and technology. He is the Director of VC Investments at Tactico, working with innovative start-ups to guide fundraising, product and technology. Liam was also the Portfolio Manager of Tactex F1 Private Equity Fund. Previously, he established and led new businesses and initiatives for several brokerage and trading technology companies globally. Liam is an associate of the Society of Actuaries, a chartered financial analyst, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from McGill University, as well as an M.Scin Management and a BMath.

Magni Arge

Advisor Climate Solutions

Magni is an experienced C-level executive with a background in aviation, tourism, and energy. He founded Ocean Rainforest, a company focused on seaweed as an ocean-based climate solution. He spent almost two decades as CEO of Atlantic Airways, a profitable Nasdaq Denmark-listed company, and expanded the network and charter businesses and offshore helicopter operations. Magni serves as Partner and Chairman of the Board at Lundin Software, and a Board Member at Skyways Technics. Previously a member of parliament in Faroe Islands and Denmark, he is also interested in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Patrick Edmond

Advisor Sustainable Aviation

Patrick is the Founder and Managing Director of Altair Advisory, a consulting firm that specializes in sustainable aviation strategies for stakeholders within the aviation industry. Prior to founding Altair, Patrick held leadership roles in airline, airport, and aircraft leasing sectors. He has an educational background in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and Carnegie Mellon University, an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, and an MBA from Purdue University. He was also a board member of the European Regional Airline Association from 2018 to 2023.
